Every trade clears your approvals queue
Nothing moves without the carrier. Each trade queues with its full pricing breakdown, executes only after you approve, and unwinds atomically if any step fails, so no passenger is left without a seat. Rejecting is one click and refunds in full.
No margin left to scalp
A seller is never paid more than they paid. The engine caps every payout at the seller's original cost and every price at the seat's fare value, so resale has no spread to capture. Any markup a buyer pays is shared with the carrier, and sellers are thanked in your currency instead: miles, upgrade credits, or status, never cash profit.

SeatClear validates a trade (identity, fare rules, price cap) and hands your reservation and servicing systems a clean, approved order to price and execute. SeatClear never touches the ticket and never holds funds; the airline stays merchant of record and system of record. Deeper NDC order views are on the roadmap.
